The Telehealth  Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of audio/video devices for clinical programs.  This includes but is not limited to device maintenance, deployment, end user support, and managing asset inventory.  The Coordinator reports to the Telehealth Program Manager.  The Coordinator is required to be motivated, independent, and detail oriented, and organized. The Coordinator will be primarily responsible for hardware deployment and recovery, assisting end users with device or software issues, and collaborates with a cross-functional team of clinical operations, outreach and I.T. Help Desk support to successfully manage the program. The coordinator must be customer service oriented with focus on assisting Alignment staff and members with resolution of issues in a timely manner.

General Duties/Responsibilities:
(May include but are not limited to)

  • Deployment of new or reissued mobile hardware including iPhone(s) and accessories. Process includes iOS updates, hardware preparation, tagging, documenting, shipping and scheduling.
  • Recovery of mobile hardware and accessories of iPhone(s). Process to include backup, restore and testing of device for redistribution.
  • Day to day hardware or software troubleshooting and resolution.
  • Face to face or remote end user training for device and application use.
  • Maintain inventory of hardware and accessories with asset tagging, user database, and ticketing.
  • Documenting and ticketing details of requests, resolution, and escalated issues.
  • Programming or activation of mobile features on demand.
  • Collaborate with Operations and I.T. administration for purchasing, plan subscription, and cancellations or suspensions.
  • Work with Apple and Verizon to unlock devices for redistribution.
  • Develop end user self-help documentation for common challenges
  • Work with members on scheduling appointments, screening for appropriate telehealth platform use and member training

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum Experience:
    1. 1-2 years of experience with Apple and android device configuration and applications.
    2. Experience with iPhone and Android phones.
    3. Experience with asset inventory and tracking.
    4. Experience with customer service and technical assistance.
  2. Education/Licensure:
    1. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), required.
  3. Other:
    1. Basic understanding in current mobile device technology, and ability to learn and adapt to Alignment specific applications and protocols.
    2. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Excel.
    3. Basic math skills required for data analyzing and billing.
    4. Ability to trouble-shoot and research issues effectively.
    5. Willingness and capability to learn new technologies and adapt to dynamic environment.
    6. Strong customer service skills.
    7. Technology and automated solutions oriented.
    8. Well organized with strong attention to detail and analytical skills while maintaining speed in completing work.
    9. Efficient working style with strict adherence to deadlines.
