We're seeking a Product Manager for our team to lead a portfolio of clinical delivery and operational solutions. In this integral role, you will be responsible for conceiving and delivering the end-to-end data solutions, leveraging our advanced predictive technologies, and using real-time data to empower our care and service delivery teams, personalize experience, and enable us to proactively reach out and help customers when they need it most. Responsibilities include collection of business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, driving project schedules from design to release, and managing the production launch. You will lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between internal teams and external partners to develop optimal solutions. You will be expected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize the product, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal cross-functional and remote product and engineering teams. This role is also responsible for establishing the core product capability within the Data and Analytics organization; serving as a product strategy and execution expert to our business and clinical partners and leader to other members of the product team.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ of technical product management experience leveraging data and advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning
  • Experience designing and implementing high value, complex, customer-facing programs; demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
  • Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize well in a dynamic work environment

 

 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Healthcare domain experience
  • Previous experience overseeing product teams
  • Partner experience working with software & hardware projects
  • Understanding of Cloud computing technology
  • Demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies like IoT, open source software
  • Strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences and develop strong written material for communication to external stakeholders
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Office 365
